Issues with text being cut off after saving as PDF

After completing a jot form and saving as a PDF - and then going back to review/view that PDF, some of the text is not visible.  Please see screenshot for an example.  In the PDF, it doesn't show anything past the first line of text within each text box.

In looking through your Forum, I did see a post on this and actually ended up changing our settings to "show headers and texts", but it is still not working. Weird thing is that when you go back and edit the form, however, and save as PDF - it works fine, everything can be seen.  So, only works after editing the form.  Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

It looks like your PDF has some custom design applied to it, which is why the PDF doesn't display nicely in all submissions.

Please try removing any customization from your PDF, which you can do by going to your submissions page, and clicking on Get PDF > Customize PDF button:

Once the PDF Designer opens, please click on Reset button in the top right corner, and do not click on Save:

This will reset any custom styling from your PDF files of submissions, and they should function fine afterwards.

Please try resetting the PDF styles by following the above steps, and let us know how it goes.
