Here is my form so far: https://www.jotform.com/?formID=60316433313141
In the section for Federal Expenditure Disclosure, in the first row it should be prefilled with data for the first 3 fields (Federal Grantor, Pass-through grantor & Program Name & CFDA #). Is there a way to add data for those fields for just the first row and allow entry on all the other fields and subsequent rows?
Thanks so much for your help. I found a few answers addressing this but it didn't look like it addressed exactly my situation.

I'm sorry, but we can only give you the workaround to populate the field using our prepopulation app (http://prepopulate.jotform.io/).
You will have to publish the form using the form URL with added parameters.
