I am no longer receiving notification emails when submissions are entered

    Hello-

     

    For the last few days, I have not been receiving emails when people submit registrations to my events. The system was working fine for months and now I haven't received any for the last few days. I am receiving notifications through my Jotform app on my phone, but no emails at all. This has been true for ALL of my forms, not just the one listed below. Can you please look into this?

    That is because your email address was added to our bounce list.

    registrations@crazbrain.com is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 bosimpinc13 bizsmtp Connection refused - 54.240.10.185

    I've fixed this already, but to prevent this from happening again, you have to follow our recommendations from the following guide:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

    The whitelisting part is important, especially for custom email address.
