Is this possible? My form has multiple pages to it. I'd like to capture and submit the info to my Zoho CRM each time a page is filled out. I use Zapier to integrate Jotform and Zoho but could also use Jotform's integration. Any idea on how to do this?
Thanks,
Kayla

I couldn't find a "follow question" button, so I'm posting to see if it will keep me updated. Sorry for the false hope of an actual answer you're about to experience :(

I actually figured this out! What you need to do is create multiple forms with submit buttons that you can just rename "next" buttons so the people filling it out have no idea they are going through multiple forms. The Thank You Page URL of Form 1 will take you to Form 2 and so on.
My CRM (Zoho) requires at minimum a last name and email address to match records and update them. So the problem is you need each new form your lead gets taken to to pass along the information of last name and email address. That can be done following these directions: http://www.jotform.com/answers/234321-How-to-pass-value-from-one-form-to-another-form
Simply hide the fields "last name" and "email" once you have it all hooked up, and it works like a charm!
