adobe error - unable to open pdf's after creatingAsked by sleepy249 on February 13, 2016 at 11:27 AM
This just started to happen this week. I had to update some forms and recreate pdf's. After they download I am unable to open them. I get the following error message:
This is the error message: "Adobe Reader could not open 'formname.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
I only have this problem on the forms pdf's from jotform. All other pdf files i have open fine with no error messages. I have updated to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader DC.
We currently have issue with our create PDF tool. I made a test using your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/60368264370153 and I was able to reproduced the issue as well.
I have forwarded a ticket to our higher team support so they can check on this.
We will notify you here when fixed.
thank you so much
