We upgraded our pricing plan but customers still can't register on our site

    Hi!  We upgraded our plan from Starter to Bronze yesterday and it currently reflects in our account that we are on that plan.  However students who are applying for our schools are reporting that they are getting an "Overquota Error" message.   Can someone on your end please help us with this problem ASAP, so that our students can register without problem.  Thank you!

    Is this the form http://www.jotform.us/form/60228081821146 ?

    I could not properly test submit the form because there is payment required. 

    But I did checked and I cannot see any Limits setup that should make the go over quota.

    Can you please retry testing?

    It should submit without issue since your current Bronze subscription do have a lot of submission left.

    Let us know if issue persist.
