Hello,
Could you explain how to set up the notification form/auto responder so we will not get so many blank fields? I have a lot of hide/show fields and was wondering if it's possible not to show these if they are not filled in.
Thank you for the help in advance!

Hi Lili,
We've got a feature that does exactly the same thing. With enabling that option, the empty fields will be hidden on "Notification"or "Autoresponder". Below, you will find the guide about how to do it:

If you need extra information, please do let us know.
Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I enabled this function and tried the form. The empty fields are still shown in the notification form. What am I doing wrong?

Hi again,
Lili, if you look closer to the explanation of the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails", it says it is only working on default "Notification":
So, you need to use default table version of "Notification" to activate this feature. Once your "Notification" has the table structure, you can add or delete fields (rows), that doesn't break the rule. In addition, I tried your form with default "Notification" and I got the email without any empty fields data.
Please, see it from the below:
Please, try this one and let us know the results.
Thanks.
