Hello, the URL for the form is: http://form.jotform.co/form/43338597026865. And I receive this even though there is no limit on the number of entries for this form or any other settings that stop people from accessing it. Could you please respond ASAP?

I see that your account was downgraded due to exceeded your upload space limit.
You need to upgrade your account if you need more than 100 MB upload space.
As a Bronze user, you have limitation for 10GB of upload space.
As a Silver user, you have limitation for 100GB of upload space.
As a Gold user, you have limitation for 1TB of upload space.
As a Platinum user, you have limitation for 10TB of upload space.
You can upgrade your account from our Pricing Page.
If you don't want to upgrade your account there is an alternative way. You can delete your submissions for gaining upload space again. In addition to that you need to delete uploaded/attached files from trash folder.
Moreover, there is an application called Auto-Delete Submissions. This application deletes new form submissions instantly as soon as they are received.
