At the last page, clicking submit is moving to the next page instead of redirecting to thank you page

    the form is the below

I added a page break to allow the user to have a back button on the last page. However when he clicks the submit button, it redirects to the newly created page that i don't even need.

Please help, the form is going online in a few.

    Hi Maria,

On the first look, I replicated the same issue with you; but if you remove the last "Page Break" field which is under the "Submit" button, the form is going to submit and redirect user to a "Thank You" page without any problem.

Please, see it from the below:

Please, try that one and let us know the results.

First thank you for the support.

However I would like to keep the option for the user to revise his application, by letting him go back to the previous page. If I remove the page break he won't be able to do so.

On another note, I have hidden the tabs of the previous pages, so if he wants to access the information, he is obliged to click on "apply now" and review it form the beginning instead of the page before the last one.

I hope that you understand the design that i want to apply.

    Thank you very much,

I have inspected your form and I saw that first Next and Back buttons on your form are hidden. If you set first Back button an your form to be visible than Back button will be shown on last page of your form.

Here is my cloned form where I set first Back button to be visible: https://form.jotform.com/60455616753964

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
