We use jot form for a time card for our guys in the field. Some of our guys are having issues when we update the form with new names. We are using iPads for this form. Let me know if you can help.

Are you unable to enter data or submit your form on iPad? Can you please provide us ID of your form so that we can test it? If you form is embedded to website, then please provide us URL of your website. In case that you have only issues with your embedded form, you can try to re-embed it with iFrame code to see if that will resolve you issue.
