When I complete the form and click submit I get an error message that the form URL doesn't exist.Page URL:

I test submitted your jotform https://form.jotform.com/53228186741155 , it was successful and I could not reproduce the reported problem at this time.
Can you please clarify if I did the wrong steps in testing the form?
Can you also take a screenshot of the error so we can check also.
Let us know if still not resolved and issue persist.

This is the error message that appears when trying to submit the form. It appears to be an isolated case since others are able to submit it without error. Do you have any suggestions for how to troubleshoot if the error is occurring on a specific computer?

May we know if the form is embedded on a website? And if the problem happens even on a different web browser?
I'm also unable to replicate the problem in my end, I was able to submit it without any problems using the direct link https://form.jotform.com/53228186741155.

The form isn't embedded on a website. We've been sharing the direct link with individuals. Turns out that the person who was experiencing the problem was able to successfully submit the form on a computer that was hardwired to the internet as opposed to using wireless. Still not sure why the form wouldn't submit originally but the issue has been resolved for now.
