Notifications not going to our emails

    Followed your guidance on recipient email addresses etc, but still unable to receive notifications.  Please advise as to what we can do next.

    As I check the email history of your account, I see that you are sending Test notifications by clicking on Test Email button in the email setup wizard.

    Please be noted that clicking on Test email button would send the test email to the account registered email address only. The form should be submitted normally so that the email notification shall be sent to the recipient email address specified in the wizard. If you are not receiving the emails to any particular email address, the email may be listed in our bounce list. The email can be removed from the bounce list by following the guide below:
