My form is not re-directly properly

I have changed the link and when I view it inside of jotform its fine but once I embed in the client site it is going back to an old page that no longer exists.

Please assist.

I tested your form, using the direct link and using the link you shared us, where the form is embedded, both redirected me to the same Thank You Page.
