    Email notifications do not arrive to our server

    most of jotform.com mail receipts never arrive to our mail server.

    They don't finish in spam. They don't arrive.

    How can we resolve this problem?

    I took a look at your website and I see that the following form is on the same: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/21434624619958

    Now looking at the email set under the notifications, I see that it is set up properly, but the email address is in the bounce list.

    What this means is that your server has rejected the email at one point, after which no further emails were sent.

    This is the reason that your server sent back:

    smtp; 550 5.7.1 Recipient rejected (R4)

    I have removed it from the same, so you should be getting the emails at this time, but I strongly recommend having your IT department check the reason why it was bounced back and to whitelist the emails to avoid the same issue in the future.
