Getting captcha each time that I load a JotForm page.

I also want to add that almost every time I
open a jotform page, I have to take a reCAPTCHA test to make sure I'm not a
robot. Is this a normal thing, or is it possible that all these issues are
arising because of my location (Nigeria)? I've used Jotform before, when I
lived in Europe, and I had no problems whatsoever then.

Is the issue when loading pages such as My Forms, Form Builder or loading the Forum

Please share us some screenshots about it, this guide will help you to upload images: https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033-How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum.

We will wait for your response.

This one happens on all jotform pages, in fact. If I'm actively editing a form or doing some other thing on jotform, then it won't happen. But if I'm inactive for, say, 20 minutes, then I'll see this page the next time I try to do something on jotform. Is this normal?Getting captcha each time that I load a JotForm page Screenshot 20

I think that this is a security filter, since the page that you are seeing is not from JotForm, but it could be due to some restrictions in some areas.

However, you may try using a different PC, if the captcha is still there, then this is the case, due to security filters, if not, then it could be an app that you have installed on your PC.

I got the same thing when I tried on another computer, and with another browser. This sucks, but thanks for trying to help.

I will ask to my colleagues to see if they know something about it, if I receive news, I will let you know here, or also one of my colleagues may reply to you.

I just found an article about it, you will see it on this link: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203366080-Why-do-I-see-a-captcha-or-challenge-page-trying-to-visit-a-site-protected-by-CloudFlare-as-a-site-visitor-.

I also found that this could be due to your IP has bad reputation online, then this is the reason why you are getting this screen, we should only wait for this to be resolved on Cloudflare side, as it's our major hosting provider, perhaps they have noticed a strange behavior from your region. However, it should be temporary, only while they are able to find and fix the security.

It must be something to do with my region, because I checked my IP on Project Honeypot, and I don't have a bad reputation.

Just to add, I believe the IP you are seeing is dynamic and it changes from time to time, this usually how ISP have setup their networks (at least with my personal knowledge). You can try connecting to a different ISP or network, see if you are still having problems. If the problem is not visible on a different network, then the problem is the DNS/IP provided by your ISP that looks suspicious.

If you are using proxies, then that's one possible reason why the security captcha is showing. You can temporarily disable that if you are using one. I have whitelisted your IP in our end, not sure though if that will have an effect, but please let us know if you are still having problems from this point on.
