I can't get the form to redirect the whole page

I have a form embedded on my wordpress site, but when you submit, it redirects to my thank you page within the original page. I need the whole browser window to reload into the thank you page. How can I do this?

    Hi,

You can configure the 'Thank you' page to redirect to another page with a custom message.

Please view the guide Setting Up the Thank You Page to see how this can be achieved.

Thank you, but that's not what I need to do.

-- I have a form on a page on my website. We'll call it Page A.

-- I have a thank you page on my website. We'll call that Page B.

-- When the form on Page A is submitted, Page B loads inline on Page A where the form used to be. This is the wrong behavior.

-- I need the browser window which is taken up by Page A, to be redirected to Page B after the form is submitted.

    Hello petruzzo,

I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and it seems to work as expected. When I sent a test submission using your embedded page (Page A), I was successfully redirected to thank you page (Page B). The thank you page is not inline in page A. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the thank you page which is being displayed inline and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Magical. I don't know what I did, but you're right. It's working as expected now. Thanks!

BTW-- I see you using those gif animations regularly. What software are you using to make those?

Glad to hear everything is now working as expected.  Though I am not sure what software my colleague uses, there are several programs out there that will allow for easy GIF screencasts.  JING is one that is Free and simple:
