My form is lost

Hi, I remember creating a form yesterday named 'demo form'.  I embedded the script to our website, however, it seems deleted to 'my form' account and I couldn't find it in trash.

Is there any way to retrieve it?

It seems that the form has been deleted in your account. You may undelete the form from the Trash folder by following the guide below:

If the form is purged from the Trash folder, unfortunately, it is not possible to restore the form.
