My webmaster recently directed us to your service, and I'm thoroughly impressed with it's features. You guys have done a wonderful job making it easy to create forms for our websites, along with them looking VERY professional.
Maybe I'm missing something, but like you have the email field set up to give a warning message for improper email format (seems like it's just integrated into the field as default), I don't see the same feature for phone number format. It's pretty important because being in sales, and dealing with other online submission form leads in the past, I've come across many situations where the prospect forgot to enter just one digit to their phone number, making it impossible to call them back. Yes, I still had their email address, but that is not my first choice to contact them back with. I very much want the phone number as a primary source to contact them back at, and email as secondary.
If I'm missing something through the form creation features themselves on Jotform, is there ANY WAY to program this field to give a warning if there aren't three digits in the area code section entered, and seven numbers in the actual phone number section entered? If so, and if there is a code that we can enter into the html ourselves, please provide that to us, and I'll have my webmaster incorporate it into it.
Thank you very much, and I'm glad that you got your domain name issue resolved with Godaddy.

As of the moment there is no validation for the Phone Number field. All it does is to check whether there was an entry or not if the field is set to required. As a work around, you can substitute the Phone Number field with a Text Box and turn on the number validation option, you can also set the max size.
If you need further assistance you can contact us anytime.
