When clicking the 'Form Caches' clear button in Account > Settings, I receive the following alert box:
How can I resolve this?

I have logged in to your account, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue, when I clicked on the 'Form Caches' button. Message that was shown is 'All caches are cleared'.
Form Caches are now cleared on your account.
It was probably temporary issue. If it happens again please try using different browser and log in to your account over https://www.jotform.com
