downgrading to Silver Plan

Hello, when updating my credit card information I could not find how to downgrade our account from "Premium" to the "Silver" plan.  We rarely have over a few hundred submissions so the premium plan is not economical for us.  Please guide me through the process of downgrading and please allow this to reflect on our charges.

Silver plan is actually higher plan if compared to Premium (Current bronze plans).

I did check your account and found that you have a premium yearly subscription plan which is $90 per year which is actually grandfathered plan with old rates. 

Please be noted that Silver plan is actually little more expensive and provides higher submission limits. The silver plan is being offered at $ 39 on monthly plans and $ 319 on yearly plans.

Do let us know if you want to upgrade your account to silver plan or downgrade to free plan.
