    Email notifications: Unable to receive notification on EU forms when "Attach PDF" is enabled

    Hi

     

    I wonder if you can help. For some reason new submissions don't seem to be coming through to our email.

     

    Is there a problem your end?

    I see you appear to be having issues receiving emails of new form submissions.

    Which form are you having this issue on? You have a few so I'm not sure which to check.

    I checked your main account email address but it is not in our bouncelist. 

    Result: damxxx.vixxxxy@crxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxts.cx.xk is NOT in the bounce list

    You can check your email history to view a log of our server sending out emails to you. Also, you can use our email checker tool to check if any other addresses you might be using may have ended up in our bouncelist

    Many thanks for this.
    It is strange. I can see the emails having been sent on the activity log
    but they are not in my in box and not in my spam folder.
    Like you I have checked the bounce list and we are not on it.
    The other instructions are very complex and I am afraid I am falling at the
    first hurdle.
    I open a form to edit. I am clicking on Emails but instead of seeing
    'Provide Sender and Recipient Details' as per the guide I get 'Emal List'
    with Personal Information Autoresponder and Personal Information plus the
    option to Add New Email.
    The form I had issues on is the Personal Information Form.
    Can you help further?

    Please select the notification email from the list after clicking on Emails icon and then click on Edit button to open the Email setup wizard.

    Now, click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings button to see the settings of sender and Recipient.

    Please try changing the Sender email address to the other JotForm default email address to see if that works. You may also try changing the recipient email address to other email address (you can try with any public domain email address like gmail.com). If you want to use your custom email address as the sender email address, you may consider setting up SMTP email address by following the guide below:

    Can you give me a step by step guide to get to the 'notification email'?

    With further investigation, it seems like there is a problem on email notifications not being received by target recipients when the "Attach PDF" is enabled.

    I have informed our back-end team regarding the issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will update you as soon as this has been resolved.

    We are also experiencing the same issue. Since 16th Feb, out of 7 submissions, only 2 have been received.
