The email notifications for my forms aren't being delivered to my email.

Could you please provide us the email address where you are not receiving the emails?
You may also check if it's in our bounce list by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
You may also follow this guide to prevent bouncing related issues: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.

I submitted on of your forms and I can see that the email notification was successfully sent.
You may also try whitelisting our IP Addresses, you will find them here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
