I had a problem with a form today

1 of the submissions was sent almost 100 times and my space limit was reached this is really frustrating because we need this form

Since it does indeed look like someone was spamming your form, i went ahead and reset your submission counter for the month. 

I would recommend enabling unique submissions for your form to ensure that it does not happen again:
