Form not working

Hi,

For some reason my form is working when I test it in preview but when I post it live on the site it's not working. The button just sticks at "Please wait" after submitting. Any suggestions??

I tested the form in your website and it worked for me.

Could you try re-embedding it please? 

This time use the iFrame method.

Do let us know how it goes using the iFrame code.
