Heads-up to Jotform (improper URL direction)

    Hello Support, 

    After the incident with the domain issue, and having problems with the form I already created at Jotform.com, my webmaster told me to edit my forms at Jotformpro.com in the meantime... he said that after I edited my forms there everything would work the same, which it has...

    Well, I've noticed that when I'm logged into my account at Jotformpro.com (like I am now), and go to the forum (by clicking on the Top navigational link to it), but then click on "My Forms" at the top of the page to go back to My Form editing features and what not FROM the forum, it then directs you to Jotform.net instead, and then it does not recognize that I'm logged in since I logged in at Jotformpro.com and not Jotform.net... so rather than logging in from Jotform.net where it directed me, I just entered the Jotformpro.net address in my address bar, and went directly there, which then it showed me that I was STILL logged into my account...

    As a matter of fact, ALL the links at the top are being directed to Jotform.net, after you go to the forum from Jotformpro.com... I also did a test by going to Jotform.us, clicked on the Forum link at the top, then hovered my cursor over the Top navigational links... it shows the same result; it's being directed to Jotform.net after going to the forum from Jotform.us... so anyone logged into Jotform.us who goes to the forum will also show that they're not logged into Jotform.net, after they click on any of the Top navigational links from there...

    You probably have to do a trace of all the links on your three different domains, and then edit them accordingly when you see that there is a discrepancy like I just explained... I just thought I'd let you know... thanks.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention the jotformpro.com domain was an alternative solution at that time being just so that users would have access to their accounts and be able to edit the forms. It was instantaneous and we did not have the luxury of time to update the links on the navigation menu. Nevertheless I have forwarded this concern to our developers.

    You're welcome. I have a question though. If I log into Jotform.com now, and do any edits, to my form fields, do I have to reset (re-edit) all my hosted graphics that I created through Jotformpro.com also because those images are being hosted through a url beginning with http://jotformpro.com instead of http://jotform.com, or will it not effect my hosted images? Thanks for the help.

    JotFormPro.com and JotForm.Net are basically pointing to the same site. You should not have problems with images hosted on our servers. But in case you do experience any difficulties, feel free to contact us so we can initiate an investigation and come up with a solution.
