Payment Wizard: Modify ID components for Notification emails

    Hi,

I'm currently using Payment Wizard for our Brochure Order Form. As our Brochures are free, there's no need to include cost/amount.

How do I change the components for the {input3}?

At the moment, the notification email that includes {input3} displays as:

    D1000 Colour Card (Amount: 0.00 , QTY: 3) D2015 Colour Card (Amount: 0.00 , QTY: 4)

    Total: 0.00

Is it possible to split the individual elements up into their own "Name"?

Ideally, I would like the notification email to display the order as follows:

    Item

    QTY

    D1000 Colour Card

    3

    D2015 Colour Card

    4

    Is this possible?

You should be able to strip or separate elements of the order details. However, we have a limitation on it. You can check this guide on what can be stripped or separated: http://www.jotform.com/help/231-How-to-Strip-Payment-Labels-and-Separate-Payment-Info-on-Email-Alerts.

Unfortunately, it seems like it is not possible to separate the product and quantity details.

Let us know if that will work.

    Hi Charlie,

Thanks for your reply. Is there a way to exclude the Amount in the email? All our products are free, having the "Amount" in the email is unnecessary and potentially confusing for our Customer Service staff. Any thoughts?

    Cheers,

    Tricia

Tricia, I see that you are now using a regular drop down fields instead of a product field in your form. I presume that his has sorted this issue? Since they are individual fields, they don't have amounts bind in it.

However, if you want to separate the product and the amount from the product field, I suggest to follow the guide provided by my colleague.

    So if you're going to display only the products without its total, insert the product suffix on the product field tag. Example: If your product field tag is {myProducts}, the final tag should become like this {myProducts:product}

    Hi Elton,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I'm using regular dropdowns as a workaround. The "Amounts" is potentially confusing/problematic for our Customer Service team.
