How do I get the $9.95 pricing that is discussed on some of your pages?

We are a small business startup, probably way fewer payers than is provided by $19.95 plan, but more than free plan.  Would sure appreciate having the lower priced option, if even for one year.

Also, do I need to be concerned about the Feds shutting JotForm down agian in the future?
