Hello,
after submitting a form, the notification, nor the auto-responder are sent out.
We have had this issue before. Recreating the notifier and the auto-responder solved it. Now it does not.
Could you please have a look into this?

Hi Bram,
I checked the email address "HR.Esperanza@CofelyFabricom-GDFSuez.com" and didn't find any "Failed" record on its mail log. Please, see it from the below:
Also, I see that you have set up a SMTP for your email service provider. At that point, you need to be sure that your mail provider is not blocking our messages. To do that operation, you need to communicate with your server administrator. Ask them to whitelist our addresses. Please whitelist following addresses:
amazonses.com
email.amazonses.com
noreply@jotform.comIn addition, you can find more addresses from the link below:
