I have deleted a form off my account can you retrieve it please.

    The form called Upload files was deleted accidentally.

     

    How do I get it back.

    Deleted form stays in your trash folder. I have now restored that form for your convenience. Kindly check.

    Forms are permanently deleted once your purge it in the trash folder.
