My Captcha shows loading but never completes loading

    Hi schannep,

    Could you please try using the re-captcha instead of the default captcha and let us know if it works for you or not. Please refer to this thread for more details - http://www.jotform.com/answers/56199-CAPTCHA-keep-loading-on-Mac.

    Please change this part of your code:

    <script type="text/javascript">

       jotform.init(function(){
          jotform.initCaptcha('input_29');

    to this:

    <script type="text/javascript">

       JotForm.init(function(){
          JotForm.initCaptcha('input_29');

     

    The difference of the two are the letter cases.  Javascript is a case sensitive language, so the proper function to be called should be "JotForm", rather than "jotform".
