What is the meaning of "Spam Score" in form email details?

I believe you are referring to the Spam Score that shows when looking at the emails in your form email history, as depicted in the following image:

Before an email is sent from our system, it is ran through several different tests that try to determine if the email will look like spam in common spam filtering software. The more tests that this email fails, the higher its Spam Score is.

The Spam Score is only an indication, and is provided to give you an insight into how similar that particular email is to spam. If the email has a very high Spam Score, the more likely it is that it will get filtered out on the recipient's end.
