If you are looking to change the color of all text on your form, you can do that by changing the style under Preferences > Form Styles > Font Color:
You can alternatively change text color by opening the form in the Designer:
And third, if you are looking to change colors of individual labels, you can do that by using custom CSS. I see that your form is already using this method to color the green "available" option, and red/brown "wanted" option.
