    Hi there

I have been liaising with Squarespace about a functionality I would like to add for a website I am building and they told me to ask you about this.

I'm looking to be able to integrate to Squarespace JotForm but first I need to understand if it will help me the way I want.  There needs to be a functionality where visitors to the website can upload videos + images + information which will either sit at the backend which cannot be seen or will be sent through to me?

    Is that posssible?

You can add a form to squarespace by following this guide: Adding Form to Squarespace

But first, you will have to create your first form. Here's a guide that can help: How to Create Your First Web Form. If you want your form to have a function where the user can upload videos, images, or other files then simply add the File Upload button in your form.

Select Form Tools, then Click the File Upload to add it to the form

The files uploaded as well as the submission data will be sent to your jotform account. Only you can view the uploaded file. To view the submission, simply follow this guide: How to view Submissions

An email notification will also be sent whenever there is a submission. Here's a guide on how to setup the notifications: Setting Up Email Notifications

Here's a sample form created in Jotform where a user can upload files:

For more information on file uploads, you can check out this article: Upload Field Allowed File Types

Do note that free accounts only have 100MB of available space. To get more space for uploads, you can upgrade your account to one of our subscriptions.
