Some of my submissions are no longer present

    I have noticed some of my submissions have disappeared in a form. Where did they go?

    Hi there,

    I assume that you are mentioning the form called "Gypsy Moon Marketplace" and currently, it has 38 submissions. In addition to this, I did the necessary steps to find other submissions; but the number didn't change. In the past, how many submissions do you have on that form? Please, share this detail with us, so we can help you about it.

    The total for that is actually 83, and I feel like there were some missing. I was just curious of if they expire after so long?

    Actually submissions should never be deleted unless you do so, especially if the form and your account are both active.

    Now I did check your Facebook page, but I could not find any jotforms on the same. Can you please tell us which form it is - just to make sure that we have the right form and try to find right details.
