I tried this answer on my form (same problem) and it did not reset my form so that I can receive regular submissions. My form is currently locked out. Can the type of my form be changed or something, now that I've removed my payment option? I just need regular submissions now. Thanks.

Your forms are disabled and you are unable to receive submissions because your account has exceeded the limit of payments received in your form. Switching your order form to a regular form will not reset the counter for payments/submissions. Free accounts can only receive 100 regular submissions or 10 payments.
You will have to wait for the first day of next month (march 1) for the counter to reset to 0 and then you will be able to receive either 10 new payments or 100 regular submission. If you want to receive submissions this month, you will need to upgrade your account to one of our pricing plans. Hope this helps. Regards.
