Jotform Excel to Dropbox issue

hello,

I love this App but one time it just hasnt worked, ive set it up and re set it up but it just will not appear in my dropbox unlike my other forms that use this exact system. 

Ive even tried cloning it, but it still wont work - any thoughts? 

I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I believe you are referring to Reports to Cloud app. 

The app requires you to create an Excel report first.

There are also a few pop-ups for authentication.  If you have some sort of pop-up blocker, it is possible that makes the process incomplete. 

I have tested it and it worked fine on my end.
