If you have removed the Email notifier, you can add it back to your form by following these steps:
Setting Up Email Notifications
Now, if you wanted to have the email sent to people that submit the form instead, you should follow these steps instead: Creating a Form Autoresponder
Now, next to this, if you are still having issues with your form do let us know what is the form.
I presume that the issue is related to http://www.jotform.us/form/60475330578156 (Booking Form)
Looking at it I see that notifications were sent with success from the same based on our log. This means that the emails were sent and that servers did not get any response about any type of issue.
You can see the logs here: View jotform email history
Now, looking at the autoresponder setup, I see that the verified sender setup was used for Sender Email. I would suggest changing this to noreply@jotform.com and check if it is working for you then - it should.
If you want to use your own email, it would be best to use SMTP (instead of verified sender).
You can see how to setup the same here: How to Setup SMTP for a Form
