when some one do the registration on my form they don't receive the notification.
what I should do to change this?

You are currently using a verified email as the sender email of the form. If this is not working, we suggest adding the sender email by SMTP. Here's our guide to setting up the SMTP:
You have to get the SMPT details from your hosting provider. OR, you can set it up using Mandrill:
You can also just switch it back to our default sender email such as firstname.lastname@example.org. To see if you won't receive the email.
