How can I make further edits to a form that has been submitted?

I would like to open the forms which have been submitted and then edit them with my comments and/or questions.

A bit like marking someone's work! In fact that's exactly what I am doing.

The ideal scenario would be to download word versions of submitted forms, so that I can add text. Having searched through this forum though it looks like that isn't possible.

    Are my only options to:

    a) Download the pdf and then add sticky notes using some kind of pdf editor software?

    b) Download pdf and convert into word using online converter software, and then make edits to the word version?

I imagine the latter would be better to work with but would be a bit longwinded. Is there any other way I could do it?

    Thanks, Ruth

PS I am a huge fan of JotForm, and especially this forum

Both of the options you mentioned should work.  You could set up an admin section of your form or a set of hidden fields for comments.  This thread here describes how to setup a full approval workflow if you'd like:

However, if you only need the section for reviewer comments, you would only need to include the admin section and have the edit link sent to all the reviewers.

    Hi David,

Either of those sound like they would work like a dream, thank you for your help,
