We received a Notification with the content of the transaction. However, it does not show in the Jotform submissions area or in PayPal. Please advise.

I see that there are two submissions about the same person, the first one has the payment details, the second one does not have any detail. I presume that maybe your user loaded the URL from the History again and this is why the data in cache was submitted again, she could be loaded the thank you URL as well.
I could not see any other duplicated submission there. However, do let us know if you receive other duplicated submission, we will be glad to take a look to your form again.
