Not receiving e-mail notifications from JotForm

    I have asked about the above topic on the forum twice now, one private and the other public, but as yet have not received an answer!!!!!!

    I first contacted you "Asked by ceejay1952 on February 19, 2016 at 06:49 PM"

    and then: "Asked by ceejay1952 on February 20, 2016 at 11:09 AM: "

     

    Has my account been frozen??

    Why are the email notifications not being forwarded to my private email address??

    Why has no-one got back to me??
    As normally, in the past when I had a problem, someone has contacted me very quickly!!

    As a long standing customer, I have to say I am totally disappointed at your lack of response!!!!!
