How to rank answers to a single question in a survey form

    I want to create a survey form where I want users to rank entries from 1-10. And the rankings have to be unique. The closest I found is the matrix survey tool where I can create 10 rows and for each row entry, I have 10 columns (radio buttons) where the columns are 1-10. This almost serves my purpose except that I want the rankings to be unique. If one row is ranked 1, I don't want another row to be ranked 1 also. How can I achieve what I want.

    Is there a better survey tool or widget I can use?

    So essentially users should rank the options in such a way that no two answers can be ranked in the same position. We highly recommend that you try our Orderable list widget:
