My submissions have always come to my email address, but they are not this year. I just realized I have received several. Pleas advise. Betty

I've found some failed logs for your email address. Here's how to check it from your account: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.
I'm using AOL too and they have this strict anti-spam filtering so I think this is the reason why you are not getting the emails. You have to add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list to fix this.
