We're having problems with our jotforms on our tourist web portals. If someone makes a reservation, the confirmation email to the customer goes clearly, but none email about reservation is being sent to our company address firstname.lastname@example.org. The problem started a day ago without any web pages editing. We also did not blocked the email address on our client. Do you know, please, what's the problem and how to solve it? Thank you a lot. The form in the given website is set to send an email to email@example.com, not to your custom email address. The emails are successfully sent to this address. Please check again.
