Comó insertar un contador?

¿Ss posible insertar un contador en mi formulario, que lo pueda ver yo, y que a su vez le llegue a mi usuario en una respuesta automática para que sepa que numero le toco?

I believe the unique ID widget may be what you are looking for:

This will allow you to add a counter to your form and give each submission its own unique ID.  You can include the field in your forms autoresponder to send to the user who filled out the form:
