    I'm not sure if I understand your query correctly. I see that there were two payments made to upgrade (Bronze and Silver monthly) your account on 02-19-2016. However, I see that these two subscriptions are cancelled and your account is now set to Free status. Do you mean to keep one of the subscriptions active? Could you provide us with more information with the issue so that we can guide you in the right direction?

    Nel mio estratto conto paypal ci sono due addebiti di euro 39 ed un addebito di euro 19, nel mese di febbraio, io ho contestato il fatto di aver gia’ pagato per due profili argento ed uno bronzo.
    Ora jotform mi ha stornato uno da 19 ed uno da 39. Quindi dovrei avere per il mese di febbraio ancora il profilo argento.
    Questa mattina per non bloccare le risposte ho dovuto upgradare a argento di nuovo, perche’ ero andato a finire nel profilo base, pagando di nuovo 39 euro.
    Quindi per il mese di febbraio ho pagato 39+39.

    As I check our records I see that there are three subscriptions on your account excluding current subscription with the Silver plan. Following are the records that I was able to find from our records and see that two subscriptions were cancelled which you are referring to that they are already reversed.

    12/18/15 - Bronze monthly - $19 - S-0UD40156LF5107742

    01/19/16 - Bronze monthly - $19 - S-0UD40156LF5107742

    02/05/16 - Silver monthly - $39 - S-8Y181007T7230382M

    02/19/16 - Silver monthly - $39 - S-1SR25142SK714672C

    02/22/16 - Bronze monthly - cancelled - S-0UD40156LF5107742

    02/22/16 - Silver monthly - cancelled - S-1SR25142SK714672C

    02/23/16 - Silver monthly - $39 - S-98F0927687989924W

    Since the subscription S-8Y181007T7230382M is already active on your account, let me send a request to our manager to cancel the new subscription S-98F0927687989924W and process the refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.

    I've refunded the latest duplicate charge applied to your Paypal account, a total amount for $97.00 has been refunded so far, this means two charges of $39 and one charge for $19.00 were reverted back to your account.

    From now on, the only active subscription is  # S-98F0927687989924W (Silver), which will be charging $39.00 to your Paypal acct, on the 22th of each month.
