Form over Quota

I have recently upgraded to get more space for my form that I have applicants fill out on line and when the try to go the Jotform form it is still telling them that the form is over quota.

Your account shows it has a Bronze subscription, it is in good standing. I have tested your form "IMT Employment Application Form" and found it is working fine.
