We are trying to upgrade our subscription plan from a yearly Bronze plan (that expires in on 24/08/2016) to Silver to a silver per month plan. The problem is that when I select the silver plan, tick the per month plan option and agree to the auto renewal box the upgrade button doesn't do anything.
We urgently need to upgrade to the Silver plan as we have reached our submission limit.
