I have created a form called IDC LONDON which should email through to firstname.lastname@example.org, but I don't receive it when the form is submitted. Can you please advise how to resolve this problem?

Upon checking our mail logs, it appears that notifications were sent successfully to that e-mail address. It is most probable that your mail provider blocks this message due to some unknown reasons.
Can you please try having these IP addresses added to your whitelist?
Let us know if it helps or not. We'll be looking forward to your feedback. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply…..but I don’t understand it….sorry!
How do I add the IP addresses you provided to my ‘WHITELIST’ and what is a ‘whitelist’?

You can contact your email provider and tell them to add these ip addresses above to your whitelist. An email whitelist is a list of contacts that the user deems are acceptable to receive email from and should not be sent to the trash folder. It prevents e-mail from being deleted or sent to the junk mail folder by the spam filter.
I hope that helps.
