I have been charged for use of JotForms for the past three months but I cannot identify which account is bieng billed. I have a number of clients using JotForms. I was pretty sure I had upgraded every one of them in December when you had the 50% off special.
How do I tell which acount is being billed? I need to know if I am being double billed for an account.

The account facefitness is still on monthly subscription.
hphd & TracysRetreat are on yearly subscriptions.
From checking through our logs, I see no obvious double billing.
